We’re looking for a Junior Backend Engineer to help build reliable, scalable backend systems. 🏗️ You’ll work primarily with a modern stack and collaborate with senior mentors to maintain production services. ⚡️

Your Tech Stack:

• ☁️ Google Cloud Platform (GCP) & Cloud Run

• 🐘 PostgreSQL

AI-Driven Development: 🤖 We make heavy use of Claude Code and AI-assisted workflows. You’ll be expected to work effectively with AI coding tools to accelerate delivery while maintaining top-tier engineering standards. 🏎️✨

✨ What You’ll Do

• 🐍 Develop & Maintain: Create backend services using Python.

• 📦 Containerize: Build and deploy applications on GCP Cloud Run.

• 🗄️ Database Design: Interact with PostgreSQL (queries, migrations, updates).

• 🧪 Quality Code: Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.

• 🤝 Collaborate: Work with senior engineers on architecture and implementation.

• 🤖 AI Workflow: Use Claude Code to speed up debugging and refactoring.

• 🛠️ Troubleshoot: Monitor performance and squash bugs. 🐛

• 🔍 Code Reviews: Contribute to engineering best practices.

• 📈 Continuous Growth: Learn through mentorship and real production work.

• 🎓 Education: Degree in CS, Business, or Telecom from a top university.
